Prima facie, as mentioned on our web portal, the prices quoted are inclusive of freight & taxes, as we have designed our product mix in such a pattern that we absorb both these parameters therein, so you don’t need to pay anything extra.

Once you have placed an order on our website, our system starts processing your order almost immediately. Next, your item is passed through a quality check before handing over to the courier partner. Your purchased item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners; thereafter it gets shipped to our prescribed location.

In case your address is not served by our delivery partners, WORSHIP team will contact you and find an alternative solution to make your order reach you.

We religiously aim to handover & ship the products within 48 hours, however for the Force Majeure circumstances, few order shipments might take longer than usual. Furthermore, We diligently ship orders throughout the week including weekends and public holidays.

Please note, during festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crisis, your shipment may get further delayed due to dependency on courier companies. We ensure you that we will try our best to have product delivered to you in the best time and we truly appreciate your patience.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from WORSHIP team with the tracking ID of the respective courier partner. You can simply click TRACK ORDER and enter your order number or full AWB to check where your order has reached or how long will it take to get delivered.

We provide shipping all over the India, so you can receive your order in any corner of the country, within the confines of your home and that to without paying any shipping charges.

Furthermore, we go an extra mile to make sure, you receive your order in top-notch condition. Each item is wrapped in sturdy packaging so that it stays free from any physical damage.

WORSHIP follows a friendly policy to ensure your purchases are free of stress. We offer a “100% Buyer Protection Program” for our valued customers. We are always with you, before and after your purchase.

If the customer has any genuine issue with the product delivered, then he/she needs to mail us through or contact section within 24 Hours from the date of delivery of the parcel.

If a reverse pickup facility is available on your pin code, we will arrange a pick-up for the same place of delivery and re-send the product. The reverse pick up charges are to borne by the customer that is Rs 300. Please Note that Reverse pick-up might not be available on few pin codes, in this case customer is requested to send back with customer name and mobile number on it.

We humbly don’t take returns on items sold once, but genuine issues like damaged product, defective product, incorrect item sent, will be addressed on immediate basis, if such cases are informed through our Contact Section form within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check and we record the process for your reference as well. Still, if there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you.

Exchange are not accepted, if Customer does not like the material, fragrance, colour, or such variable parameters of the product ordered, as we use best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you to please read all the details before placing the order.

If you have to cancel any order, please do it within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us through our Contact section form and refunds will be initiated after deducting the payment gateway charges.
