- Protecting User’s privacy is very important to us. Company have accordingly developed this Privacy Policy to protect User’s personal information and keep it confidential. Company endeavours to comply with laws of other countries but cannot and do not warrant that it does. Company will do everything that reasonably can protect User’s rights of privacy on systems and the Website controlled by Company, but Company is not liable for any unauthorized or unlawful disclosures of User’s personal and confidential information made by third parties who are not subject to Company’s control, for example advertisers and websites that have links to Company’s Website. User should take note that the information and privacy practices of Company’s business partners, advertisers, sponsors or other sites to which Company provide hyperlinks, may be different from the Company.

- Company categorise information about User (collectively referred to as “Personal Information”) as follows:
- Profiling Information: Information which user provide when User register for a Service or make a purchase, which may include personal identity such as gender, marital status, age, preferences, likes and dislikes etc.; and – User’s contact details such as physical addresses, postal addresses, telephone and fax numbers and the like. – In the case of Facebook aligned services (if so opted by user), publicly available information of your friends, their likes and dislikes, etc.
- Payment and Account Information: User account history with Company including (without limitation) all billing information and communications, payment history etc.
- Service Usage: Information about User’s navigation using Company Services, for example the URLs of websites, which User visit and from which User request downloads.
- Log Information such as User’s web request, IP address, browser type, browser language, date and time of request.
- Transactional Information: Transactional history (other than banking details) about User’s e-commerce activities.
- Correspondence Information: Content, information about User’s correspondents, and the destination/origin of communications between User and any other person using Company Services, which include email communications, blog, chat room and discussion board communications, instant message communications, experts forum communications, fax mail communications, membership of mailing lists etc.
- User IDs: Usernames, passwords, email addresses and other security-related information used by User in relation to Company Services.
- Stored Information: Data either created by User or by a third party and which User wish to store on Company servers such as image files, documents etc. Company only collect User’s Personal Information to conduct its business and to enable it to deliver and improve its Services. Company does not for any reason whatsoever sell User’s Personal Information to any third party or otherwise trade on it.
- Company will only disclose User’s Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If Company wants to use it for any other purpose, Company will obtain User’s prior written consent. If User decline to submit personal information to Company, then Company will unfortunately not be in a position to provide the Services to User. Any of the information which User provide, when User uses certain Services and are to an open, public environment or forum including (without limitation) any blog, community or discussion board, is not confidential, does not constitute Personal Information, and is not subject to protection under Privacy Policy. Since such public environments are accessible by third parties, it is possible that third parties may collect and collate and use such information for their own purposes. User should accordingly be careful when deciding to share any of their Personal Information in such public environments. Information, which is disclosed publicly, is also shared with Company’s affiliates, third party service providers, sponsors of competitions etc. unless expressly stated otherwise. Company will not be liable to User or any third party for any damages that User or any third party may suffer howsoever arising from User’s disclosure of Personal Information in any public environment. User accordingly discloses information in a public environment at User’s own risk.
- By accepting the Terms of Service, User agrees that Company may collect and store User’s Personal Information as long as User uses Company Services subject to the limitations set out in this Privacy Policy.
- Company collects User’s Profiling and Account Information for the following reasons: (a) Company needs your identity details, contact details, banking information and account history to manage its relationship with User and provide Services to User. Company may use this information for suggesting products and promotional offers and schemes. Company will only disclose this information as provided below. (b) Company use certain of User’s information in an aggregated form to compile statistical and demographical profiles for its business and marketing activities. Company may disclose such information about User, provided that the information is in an aggregated form that is not capable of being used or interpreted in such a manner as to identify User.
- Company collects and store User’s Service Usage and Transactional Information to: (a) determine and verify the Service Charges payable by User and to administer Company’s relationship with User. (b) Comply with any statutory or regulatory requirement. (c) Compile statistical and demographical profiles about User for Company’s business and marketing activities and to customise Company’s Services to User. While Company is entitled to use such information about User for its own internal business purposes without limitation, Company will only disclose it in an aggregated form which is not capable of being used or interpreted in such a manner as to identify User; and (d) monitor User’s use of Company Services for the purposes of ensuring compliance with its Terms of Service.
- Company will collect and store User’s Correspondence Information and Personal Identifiers to: (a) comply with Company’s obligations under law; and (b) monitor User’s use of its Services in order to ensure User’s compliance with Company Terms of Service. Any Personal Information which Company collects and which it may use in an aggregated format ensuring Users are not individually identified is its property. Company may use it, in its sole discretion and without any compensation to User, for any legitimate purpose including (without limitation) the commercial sale thereof to third parties. Sometime Company uses “cookies” so that it can provide User with more customised information when User returns to its website. “Cookies” are used to store user preferences and to track user trends, so as to enhance User’s interactive experience and generally improve Company’s Services to User. User can set their browser to notify them, when they are sent a “cookie”, giving them the chance to decide whether or not to accept it. If User does accept a “cookie”, User thereby agrees to Company’s use of any Personal Information collected by it using that Cookie. User may update their Profiling Information at any time on the website. User acknowledge and agree that in the interests of improving personalisation and Service efficiency, Company may, under controlled and secure circumstances, share User’s Personal Information with its affiliates (an entity which is Company’s subsidiary or holding company or a subsidiary of its holding company or an entity which controls, is controlled by or is under common control with Company).
- If Company is required to intercept, disclose, monitor and/or store User’s Personal Information: : (a) by law; (b) to conduct its business; (c) to secure its systems; or (d) to enforce its own rights, Company will do so in the manner as prescribed by law. Such interception, disclosure, monitoring and storage may take place without User’s knowledge. In that case, Company will not be liable to User or any third party for any damages howsoever arising from such interception, disclosure, monitoring and storage. In order to ensure that all its Users comply with the Terms of Service, Company may monitor User’s Personal Information to the extent that this may be required to determine compliance and/or to identify instances of non-compliance. To ensure that the security and integrity of Company’s Services are safeguarded, Company may monitor User’s Personal Information. This monitoring may include (without limitation) the filtering of incoming and outgoing electronic data messages to identify, limit and/or prevent the transmission of spam, viruses and/or unlawful, defamatory, obscene or otherwise undesirable material or content. Company may under certain circumstances procure an element of the Services from a third party service provider. To the extent that it may be necessary, and solely for the purposes of providing the Service to User, User agree that Company may disclose to such third party any of your Personal Information that may be necessary for the procurement of services from the third party.
